| I'm a software developer from Portugal, with a great passion for Distributed Computing. I'm dedicated to AMD processors because I believe they're better than Intel in most ways, if not all. Therefore I crunch for a Team of people also dedicated to AMD Processors, the AMD USERS Team! If you prefer Intel processors you can come and join us too, because in the end all we do is for helping the higher cause of Distributed Computing.  | |

| I run Chess960@Home, and many other projects, because I love Distributed Computing. And although the BOINC platform may have its problems, I still think that it was the best thing created in the last few years regarding Distributed Computing. I like this project because it's not just about plain old chess, but rather a different and more dynamic variant of chess. To be honest, I didn't know about the existence of this chess variant until this project came around, and I think it's a great idea. | |
