Have you considered using some endgame tablebases in Chess960@home? I checked a few games and noticed that you might save even twenty full-moves a game if you just checked the result from a tablebase. You know, all three, four, five and most six piece games have been solved. At least five-piece endings should be worth it, they require only some 7 GB of space. Six-piece endings require some 1200 GB.

The result would be applied into the game as "white resigned" if it was found that the position is a win for black, "black resigned" if white was going to win and "draw" if neither player was found to be able to force a mate.

Are you saying that all of those have been solved with absolute %100 certainty? If that's the case I'm saddened by it in a way.
