At the moment we are not sending newsletters periodically.
You should have a look at the RSS-feed:

To be honest we don't have experiences with a huge number of users.

We use currently one single server for all tasks (BOINC software and database).

For the moment with some 100's of users it works properly.
I expect that the server is also able to handle some 1000's users but there is no guarantee. It's learning by doing. :-)

Is the work beening generated? I assume there is.

Yes, there ist

How do you see the status of the servers? Are they handling the users work OK?
If this project was to be added tomorrow, would you think the servers would be able to handle an increase in members/Teams joining?

I think it would be no problem in this case.

But just to remember: this project is in alpha state. I don't know if DC-Vault is willing to add projects in their first test phases.

Hello,

I was just wondering if the Admin or anyone really would be able to help me..

Team Ninja run the DC-Vault(www.dc-vault.com) and I am looking at adding adding this project to the Vault..

So heres the tough questions.
Is the work beening generated? I assume there is.
How do you see the status of the servers? Are they handling the users work OK?
If this project was to be added tomorrow, would you think the servers would be able to handle an increase in members/Teams joining?

This is totally serious. We have people emailing us about projects everyday.

I not trying to blow the Vault trumpet or anything but Teams are fighting for points(in the Vault) and after a project is added their overall score goes down, and Teams that partipate in the newly added project, gain points. So we see many teams jumping on the wagon to keep their position in the Vault..

So what do you think.. You can even tell me not to add it.. Be as blunt as you like.

Thanks for taking the time to read

Rusty
